Cottage cheese and cream cheese pan

The paver produces quark and cream cheese in the Schulenburg process.

 

By lowering the hygienically designed sieve basket, the curdled product is separated. After the whey has been sucked off, the curd can then be removed via a manhole.

Options

the following designs and options are possible:

  • Size as desired

  • Double jacket with temperature regulation

  • Pedestal for easy access

  • CIP lid for easy cleaning

  • Automatic control of pressure and compression time
